Apply the idea with care
Choose a lesson by the task you want to learn and attempt a short example before starting. This gives you a useful comparison point. After the lesson, explain the idea without looking at the platform and attempt a different example. If you can only recognize the original answer, return to the explanation or ask for another representation.
A platform’s adaptation may concern difficulty, review timing, or the sequence of material. Ask what its recommendation means and whether you can override it. A learner who progresses slowly may need a different explanation, an accessibility adjustment, or more time rather than a permanent label of low ability. Keep your own notes about confusing steps. Bring those notes to a teacher or study partner when needed. The purpose of the system is to organize useful opportunities to learn and receive feedback, not to make its progress meter the sole definition of understanding.
